In my opinion language is just a tool for communicating, so it isn´t important which language you speek to explain people, who are able to understand you, things.
So all in all it dosen´t play a role. Of course there are some words you can´t translate but you can explain them. Important is that two parties can communicat, it dosen´t matter if with hands, language or pictures.

Nico, the German pastor.
In my opinion he is not guilty because he just selled tomato juce and that is not a toxic or something equal.
And as far as I know it is not illegal to sell tomato juice.
The problem is that nobody can by sure if it is right to say it is something special, to clean your body. It is good for the one who sells that beause he gets money but otherwise bad for his costumers because he just take money for something which they can by cheaper in a normal store.
So the problem is that he was lieing. Not the Tomato juice.

A Play With Words
1.) Is it possible to hane an unexpected exam?
At first, without the given content, I would say that it is every time possible to have an unepected examen. It is just to make a test without to know if it will come in a certain time.
In my opinion it is possible to get a suprising test even if we think about Eric´s idea with the non-suprise. But even the fact that we neither know in which subject nor when and if we will write a test, we can speak about a suprising test.
And if I change the words, what actually dosen´t change the content ( Vitorias presentation - dosen´t matter which kind of alcohol makes you drunk, ALKOHOL makes you drunk and not the crisps), if I say i don´t expect that we write a test but we write one, than it is for me an unexpected test. Maybe it depense on every student. If Eric expect a test and we write one, than it´s fine. Or even other way round.

I think if he said something like "If I lie, I will die" (dosen´t matter if there is a rhyme or not)
That would be the perfect sentences for his rescue because it is no non-sense, nothing what the club mamber can understand as a joke or something like this.
He will say the truth and that was the condition.
maybe the value isn´t that big because it has nothing to do with any feelings or with the things he did or even with things he wanna change but he still comply the condition

"Alles hat ein Ende, nur die Wurst hat zwei."
When the farmer went out and saw a black white shape he couldn´t know that there is is cow Doris.
Perhaps he could know that there is a cow but probably it can be even a trick and actually there is a black and white coloured paper or something else.
But sure is he really can´t know if his favourite cow is there. I may be can expect it may be he has only one cow on this field but it is possible that there is an other cow.
All in all he believed it that his cow is there.
The second passage:
It was right that the cow was there but like I wrote already he only saw a paper with the same colours. Actually the cow was outside but still there.
But farmer Richard was wrong as he said he know that the cow is there because actually she is outside in the hole for a nap.
